We are currently seeking a dedicated Multiskilled Operative to join our lively team in Merchant City, Glasgow. This is a full-time, temporary position offering £12.60.

Job Description

As a Multiskilled Operative, you will deliver a wide range of support services within the One Stop Shop, ensuring high-quality, timely and accurate completion of all tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

Handling all mail, courier, stationery, reprographics, and records management tasks.
Performing manual handling duties safely and efficiently.
Preparing files and mail for digital scanning, including the removal of fastenings and fixtures.
Operating high-speed scanners to convert hard-copy mail and records into PDF format.
Conducting quality checks to ensure scanned documents match the physical originals.
Managing inbound and outbound courier services, including booking and receiving deliveries.
Working to strict workflow processes, procedures, SLAs, and daily deadlines.
Supporting colleagues and promoting a positive team culture to deliver exceptional client service.
Handling administrative tasks as required and taking responsibility for meeting individual and team targets.
Building professional, customer-focused relationships and delivering a flexible, responsive service.
Developing an understanding of customer needs to help exceed expectations wherever possible.
Completing any additional duties requested by management.
