Job Description An opportunity has arisen within Neighbourhoods, Regeneration and Sustainability for 3 LES Operative 2s to join our Night shift Streetscene Team on a permanent basis.

NRS brings together a diverse range of Glasgow City Council operational, technical and development services that focus on sustainable transport, place making and delivering essential city services.

** Position Details
** Duties will involve assisting with the delivery of a range of tasks covering the general maintenance of highways, properties, open spaces, inland waterways, and parks. You will also assist higher graded operatives / tradesmen with more skilled work.

Good communication skills, an ability to deal with the public and work within a team are essential. Previous experience of labouring and operating equipment is advantageous although full training will be provided. The location is city-wide, and candidates must be prepared to work at any Depot location as required.

Work Pattern: 4 on, 4 off rota working 7pm – 7amAnnual Salary: £24,611.10

Additional Payments:
In addition to the annual salary the role attracts an annual non-standard work pattern/hours (NSWPH) payment of £10,930 plus an annual working context & demand (WCD) payment of £1,172.
