Relief Service Driver

Pay Range

Base pay range: £25,732 per annum, with an additional allowance of £1,000. Expected OTE: £27,500 per annum. Benefits include a company vehicle, fuel card, mobile phone, uniform, RI Rewards, relocation support up to £5,000, full‑time permanent role (Monday to Friday, 40‑hour week), and potential 48‑hour schedules with higher salary. Industry‑leading training support is provided.

• Visit a number of customer sites to service washroom products (feminine hygiene units, nappy bins, air fresheners, soap dispensers, floor mats).
• Load and unload units and floor mats – physically fit required.
• Ensure vehicle safety, drive responsibly and follow RI Drive Smart guidance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional image.

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
• Positive "can do" attitude and initiative.
• Take pride in the job.
• May need to pass a DBS check depending on the role.
