Oil & Gas Lawyer – Energy & Infrastructure (3+ PQE)

Location:

Glasgow Overview: A leading law firm is seeking a lawyer to join its Oil & Gas practice. You will work on high-profile oil, gas, renewables and infrastructure projects, gaining exposure to a varied and high-quality caseload.

Role Requirements:

Experience:

3+ PQE in Oil & Gas, with exposure to upstream operations, service sector contracts, or transactional work
• Assist partners on operational contracts, field development agreements and M&A matters
• Advise service sector clients on drilling, EPC, offshore construction and regulatory contracts
• Support business development and maintain client relationships

Skills:

• Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills
• Commercial awareness and understanding of client business models
• Able to prioritise, meet deadlines and work independently or in a team On
