An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor or Senior Solicitor with 2+ years PQE to join an established and reputable legal firm in central Glasgow. This role offers a unique perspective by supporting both employee and employer clients,providing a comprehensive understanding of employment law from both perspectives.

• Advising clients at a high level on both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
• Strategising and providing up-to-date legal advice to clients.
• Managing employment tribunal claims from instruction through to advocacy where appropriate.
• Involvement in business development and networking events.
• Potential for team supervision and training, client training, and participation in marketing initiatives as the team expands.

• 2+ years post-qualification experience (PQE) in employment law.
• Experience in managing either employee or employerclients (bothis advantageous.)
• Strong strategic thinking and advisory skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong client relationships.
• Proactive in business development and comfortable with public speaking and networking.
