As we expand, we're looking for a talented Paralegal to play a pivotal role in our Conveyancing department's success. This is your chance to shine, contribute your expertise, and grow alongside a company that's invested in your development.
We also understand the importance of work-life balance, which is why we offer hybrid working for this role. You'll have the flexibility to work both in the office and from home 2 days per week.
The RoleAs a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will manage your own caseload of purchase, sale & title transfer transactions from the initial instruction to the final completion stage. You will work closely with the team to expedite cases efficiently, upholding the high client service standards. Additionally, you will liaise with our valued clients, understand their requirements, and manage all cases in line with service level agreements and industry best practice.
You will have dedicated 1-1 support with a Solicitor, with both being supported by a Legal Executive and an experienced team of Legal Assistants.
The role demands you to be proactive and client-focused with a positive attitude and flexible approach. You should be a strong team player capable of showcasing a deep understanding of Property Law.

Key Responsibilities- Collaborating with the team to ensure the swift and efficient progression of all Conveyancing matters
- Managing cases comprehensively from instruction to completion
- Engaging with our valued clients to understand their needs and manage cases to SLAs & best practices
- Prioritising tasks and optimising work procedures for maximum efficiency
- Maintaining consistent and transparent communication with clients, colleagues, and external agencies delivering efficient and professional service
- Effectively utilising our case management system
- At least 2 years residential Conveyancing experience
- Experience of a wide variety of property matters in Scotland
- Professional and confident phone manner with excellent client service skills
- Strong, clear and concise communication skills with the ability to maintain client contact throughout the process
- Sound analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent MS Office skills
