An established Glasgow-based firm is seeking a Clinical Negligence Paralegal to join their supportive team. The role involves managing a varied caseload, including personal injury and clinical negligence claims, with regular court attendance. Flexible hybrid working arrangements are available.

• 2 + years'in personal injury and clinical negligence law
• Experience managing claims and guiding clients through litigation
• Exposure to court proceedings and client negotiations
• Able to work collaboratively within a team

• Manage a diverse caseload from initial advice through to court hearings and conclusion
• Represent clients confidently at court and in negotiations
• Provide clear, practical advice to clients throughout the litigation process
• Support colleagues and contribute to team outcomes

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Clear, professional communication with clients and colleagues
• Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
