Solicitor/Associate – Non-Contentious Construction
Location:
Glasgow
Join a specialist team advising on construction aspects of major property developments, regeneration projects and engineering initiatives across the UK, including energy sector projects such as wind, hydro and solar.
Role RequirementsWork on drafting and negotiating contracts, professional appointments and related documentation. Collaborate with clients including developers, contractors, funders and public bodies.
Experience- Minimum 4 years' PQE in non-contentious construction
- Drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage matters independently
- Experience working with varied stakeholders
