Service Care Solutions is delighted to be working with a forward‑thinking law firm in Glasgow to recruit a Solicitor‑Senior Associate / Director to join their dynamic Commercial Property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercial property professional looking to lead on high‑value, complex transactions within a supportive and progressive environment.

• Lead on complex commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, development projects, funding deals, and commercial leasing.
• Provide clear, strategic advice to clients across all aspects of commercial property and conveyancing.
• Mentor and supervise junior team members, supporting their development.
• Contribute to departmental business meetings and marketing initiatives.
• Promote and expand the firm’s commercial property business, developing relationships with both existing and new clients.
• Identify opportunities to cross‑sell services across the firm.

• PQE:
  Flexible – the firm is open to hearing from candidates across different levels of experience.
• Strong technical knowledge in commercial property law, with a proven track record in complex transactionsli>
• Excellent leadership, communication, and business development skills.
• Ambitious, client‑focused, and commercially minded.

Monday–Friday (35 hours/week), with flexibility or part‑time arrangements considered. Permanent role based in Glasgow.
