Disease Lawyer

This friendly law firm in Glasgow specialises in personal injury matters and is actively recruiting a Disease Lawyer to join its practice on a full-time basis. The firm welcomes candidates ranging from newly qualified solicitor to Partner level, with good knowledge and experience in this area, especially in disease-related cases.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of personal injury claims, including those related to lung disease, noise-induced hearing loss (NIHL), and hand-arm vibration syndrome (HAVS). Interested applicants should be adept in handling both Pursuer and Defender cases, however, experience in both is not essential.
