LHH are working with a highly respected global law firm that is expanding its specialist Real Estate offering within the energy and infrastructure space. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer who wants to work at the forefront of the UK’s clean energy and major infrastructure landscape.
What You’ll Be DoingThe successful candidate will join a team that advises on some of the most impactful and high‑value projects currently shaping the UK’s energy future. Your work will centre on the property elements of major developments, supporting clients through the full lifecycle of large-scale transactions. You’ll gain exposure to a wide variety of projects, including:
- Large onshore and offshore wind portfolios
- Solar and battery storage schemes
- Grid, transmission and interconnector infrastructure
- Emerging hydrogen and gas initiatives
- Electric vehicle and mobility networks
This role offers regular involvement in nationally significant deals and development programmes, working alongside a multidisciplinary team of specialists.
What We’re Looking ForThe firm is keen to meet lawyers who can bring strong real estate experience and a genuine interest in the energy sector. Ideally, you will have:
- Qualification in England & Wales, or dual qualification with Scotland
- Solid experience advising on the property aspects of energy or infrastructure projects
- A track record of delivering technically strong, commercially grounded advice
- Confidence working directly with sophisticated clients
- An interest in innovative ways of working and legal technology
