Senior / Associate Solicitor - Personal Injury (4+ Years PQE)

Are you an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor ready to take on more complex, high-value cases? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing High Value & Complex Injury Team within a supportive, collaborative, and forward-thinking environment.

You’ll join a specialist team working on serious and complex injury claims, gaining exposure to premium litigation work while being supported by experienced colleagues and excellent resources.

• Manage your own caseload of higher‑value and complex personal injury claims
• Handle cases involving road traffic accidents, employer liability, and public liability
• Lead on litigation matters, including court work
• Collaborate effectively with Counsel and other stakeholders
• Work directly with clients and represent the firm professionally

• 4+ years PQE in Personal Injury litigation
• Proven experience managing complex injury cases
• Strong litigation and court experience
• Confidence communicating with Counsel and clients
• A proactive, organised, and solution‑focused mindset – experience in Clinical Negligence work would be a significant advantage and is highly regarded for this position
