Employment Associate / Senior Associate (3+ PQE) – Edinburgh or Glasgow | Hybrid Working

Conekt Legal is delighted to be working with a leading global law firm to recruit an experienced employment associate or senior associate to join its growing UK employment team, based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly ranked, collaborative and market‑leading Employment practice, offering exposure to fast‑paced, varied and high‑quality work with a strong domestic and international dimension.

You will play a key role in the continued growth of a large, established UK employment team, advising on the full spectrum of employment law matters. The work is broad and intellectually stimulating, spanning advisory, transactional and contentious issues, as well as strategic projects and cross‑border work.

You will be supported by a genuinely collaborative culture, with strong investment in training, development and long‑term career progression.

• Advising on day‑to‑day employment law matters and strategic HR issues
• Supporting on corporate transactions, restructurings, TUPE and outsourcings
• Handling Employment Tribunal and civil court litigation
• Advising on investigations, regulatory matters and compliance projects
• Contributing to cross‑jurisdictional and international employment work

• Employment Associate or Senior Associate with 3+ PQE
• Experience across both contentious and non‑contentious employment matters
• Proactive, well‑organised and commercially minded
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Ambition to contribute to the growth of a leading team
