Personal Injury Solicitor

Glasgow, Hybrid Working

Salary from £42,000 to £50,000 plus Benefits + Bonus

Full time, Permanent

Are you an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career? This is an exciting opportunity to join a modern, award-winning law firm within their specialist Personal Injury team.

You’ll manage your own caseload of litigated road traffic, pedestrian and cycling injury claims, primarily within the All Scotland Sheriff Personal Injury Court, with occasional work in the Court of Session and local Sheriff Courts. You’ll have the autonomy to run your cases with the support of a highly collaborative team spanning Partners, Associates, Senior Solicitors, Solicitors, Paralegals and dedicated legal support staff.

What You'll Be Working On
  • A busy and varied caseload of litigated personal injury files
  • Assessing prospects and progressing cases efficiently
  • Managing client relationships with case and professionalism
  • Investigating liability and qauntum
  • Regular communication with insurers, solicitors, and clients
What We're Looking For
  • At least 1 years PQE with prior litigation experience
  • Strong communication skills and ability to support clients through sensitive matters
  • A proactive and motivated approach, able to work both independently and as part of a team
