We're seeking ambitious, technically proficient Commercial Account Directors who excel in building client relationships and thrive in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
Whether you're an experienced professional or have a couple of years' experience under your belt and the drive to develop to Director level, we want to hear from you.
What's on offer?
Starting Book:
Pre-built portfolios of approximately £100k - £150k in income. Targets and expectations are tailored based on portfolio size, experience and existing relationships.
Compensation: Base salary to £85k (depending on experience)

• A strong technical background in designing and managing complex insurance programs.
• A proven track record of developing client portfolios and delivering results.
