The RoleAs a Commercial Insurance Broker, you will:
- Manage and service a portfolio of mid-market commercial clients
- Work across a broad range of sectors including technology, construction, charities, manufacturing, renewables, professional services, and food & drink
- Handle renewals, MTAs, and day-to-day client servicing with a strong focus on quality and retention
- Support Account Executives with presentations, insurer negotiations, and client meetings
- Play a key role in delivering a high-touch, relationship-driven service model
- Use Acturis as the core broking platform (experience preferred)

You’ll be well suited to this role if you:
- Have experience in commercial insurance broking (broker background essential)
- Are comfortable managing clients and insurers directly
- Have solid technical knowledge across commercial classes
- Enjoy working in a collaborative, professional team environment
- Value flexibility and hybrid working, while still engaging with the office and wider team
- Are based in or within commutable distance of Glasgow
- Competitive salary (circa £45,000, depending on experience) plus benefits
- Hybrid working - typically 2 days per week in the office
