As a Domestic Loss Adjuster you will manage a caseload of domestic property damage claims across Glasgow, visiting customers at home, coordinating contractors, and settling claims. You will be the calming presence during customers’ most unsettling moments.

• Visit claimants’ properties to inspect damage
• Coordinate visits from contractors
• Negotiate and settle claims
• Compile comprehensive reports
• Manage time and prioritise tasks, handling multiple claims simultaneously

• A full UK Driving Licence
• Insurance knowledge – understand home insurance policies and domestic property
• Excellent communication (oral and written)
• Problem‑solving ability
• Time‑management and planning skills

• Experience with Apple software (iPads) or other tablets

• Comprehensive Sedgwick‑specific training
• Professional development to help achieve CILA qualification
