The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a large-scale transformation programme within a public sector-owned transportation organisation. The programme involves the implementation of new Finance and EHR systems and requires a highly technical, hands-on analyst with strong public sector experience.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping processes, mapping end-to-end value streams, and ensuring the successful delivery of business change across a complex stakeholder landscape.

• Lead value stream mapping and process mapping workshops across finance and EHR systems.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, architects, and delivery managers.
• Engage senior stakeholders across the public sector to ensure alignment with programme goals.
• Support testing, UAT, and readiness activities to enable smooth delivery.
• Contribute to business transformation strategy and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Proven track record as a Senior Business Analyst on large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong public sector experience (central government, transport, healthcare, or similar).
• Hands-on expertise with value stream mapping and process mapping.
• High technical skillset, with experience in finance and/or EHR systems.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.

• Experience with cloud-based solutions and digital transformation.
• Exposure to ERP/finance platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365).
• Knowledge of healthcare-related systems and compliance.
