Enterprise Architect - Renewable Energy

We are recruiting on behalf of a major international renewable energy operator undergoing significant digital transformation. This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of business strategy and enterprise technology.

As Domain Enterprise Architect for Renewable Energy, you will act as the senior technology leader for a core business domain. You will bridge business strategy and digital execution, shaping the application landscape, defining the roadmap, and ensuring enterprise architecture enables growth, innovation and operational excellence.

This is a strategic and commercially aligned role, partnering with executive leadership to drive transformation across platforms, data and digital capabilities.

• Define and execute the domain application strategy aligned to business and operational priorities
• Translate business objectives into an integrated, value-driven technology roadmap
• Maintain an enterprise view of platforms, integrations and core solutions
• Align product roadmaps with domain and enterprise architecture strategy

• Partner with Delivery leadership to scope, cost and shape programmes
• Facilitate executive workshops and strategic decision forums
• Ensure solution design aligns with enterprise architecture and data strategy
• Guide solution architects and provide assurance across change initiatives

• Establish technology standards, patterns and best practice
• Drive reuse and platform optimisation
• Identify and manage domain technology risk

• Identify technology opportunities to increase business value
• Influence and partner with Heads of and Directors across the organization
• Build strategic supplier relationships
• Represent the Digital function at industry events and forums

• Significant experience leading application strategy in complex enterprise environments
• Experience with in the renewable energy sector
• Strong enterprise application architecture background
• Experience with frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman
• Executive-level stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Enterprise business architecture experience
• Strong emotional intelligence and executive communication capability
