Are you a strategic, commercially driven leader with a passion for building high‑value partnerships and delivering transformational technology solutions? Our client is seeking an experienced Account Director to play a pivotal role in driving growth, strengthening key client relationships, and shaping long‑term commercial success.
The Role:- Own and develop strategic relationships with key enterprise accounts
- Create and execute account growth plans aligned to client objectives and wider business strategy
- Identify new revenue opportunities across networking, security, and managed service portfolios
- Lead complex negotiations, commercial agreements, and executive‑level presentations
- Collaborate with technical, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure exceptional client outcomes
- Provide market insight and strategic direction to support business development initiatives
- Mentor and support Account Managers within the wider team
- Proven experience in a senior account management or account director role within IT, networking, or managed services
- Strong commercial acumen with a consistent track record of delivering significant revenue growth
- Experience managing large, complex, or multi‑site accounts and working within the public sector
- A background in cyber security, including exposure to penetration testing and Cyber Essentials frameworks
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value for senior stakeholders
