Lead EUC Engineer

You’ll take ownership of our JML (Joiner–Mover–Leaver) workflows, modern device management at scale (Windows, macOS), and the analytics that prove it’s all working—fast.

• Own the JML factory:
  Design and automate end‑to‑end JML processes, integrating identity and EUC provisioning so people have the right access and devices on day one.
• Run zero‑touch at scale:
  Deploy and optimise Intune Autopilot and Jamf workflows (Windows/macOS), building Zero‑Touch deployment and a resilient compute supply chain.
• Harden identity & access:
  Implement and tune SSO, SCIM provisioning, Entra  Conditional Access to keep users productive and protected.
• Instrument everything:
  Build reports and dashboards that track performance and velocity (e.g., cycle time, MTTR, CSAT/SLA) and use insights to iterate.
• Integrate HRIS to unlock automation:
  Connect HRIS data to key service processes so role changes and leavers are accurate, timely, and auditable.
• Manage the asset lifecycle:
  Keep CMDB, licensing, and software inventories clean and actionable throughout the device lifecycle.
• Automate relentlessly:
  Script with Power Shell and call REST APIs to remove toil, standardise tasks, and scale best practice.
• Operate with discipline:
  Use Jira Service Management, Jira/Service Desk, Opsgenie, and Confluence across Incident, Request, Change, and Problem to drive continual improvement.
• Proven experience in End‑User Services/Device Management, including senior or lead‑level responsibilities.
• Previous delivery of automated JML workflows, with expertise in Intune Autopilot, Jamf, and Zero‑Touch deployment.
• Demonstrable understanding of identity & access (SSO, SCIM, Entra , Conditional Access) and endpoint security across Windows/macOS.
• Skilled in automation & integration:
  Power Shell, REST APIs, HRIS workflow integration, CMDB/asset lifecycle management.
• Hands‑on experience with Jira Service Management (Jira, Jira SD, Opsgenie, Confluence) and solid grounding in ITIL processes.

• Understanding of DEX (Digital Employee/Experience) concepts and tooling.
• Experience using Defender / Intune / Jamf to assist in security incidents.
• Curiosity about applying AI to End‑User Services (e.g., virtual agents, auto‑triage, remediation).
