Solutions Architect

We’re looking for a Principal Solution Architect to lead delivery and scale Salesforce Field Service (SFS) solutions across industries. This is a high-impact role for someone with deep functional expertise, enterprise solutioning experience, and the ability to guide teams through the build and deployment of complex, scalable systems.

You’ll play a pivotal role in guiding project teams through solution design, build execution, client validation, and final delivery. You’ll engage with clients across the sales, design, and build phases, provide subject matter expertise, and ensure quality, future-proof architecture is delivered.

• Lead project teams in client workshops, requirement validation, and defining technical architecture
• Translate complex business problems into scalable Salesforce Field Service solutions
• Oversee solution configuration, including scheduling, optimization, mobile setup, assets, inventory, service contracts, and dispatcher console
• Sequence implementation tasks and guide teams through development, QA, testing, and release
• Act as the functional lead during build phases, reviewing work and resolving issues
• Provide mentorship and quality assurance throughout delivery
• Contribute to reusable architecture templates, delivery assets, and internal playbooks

• Deliver Salesforce Field Service projects that meet business objectives and technical standards
• Ensure system architecture is scalable, maintainable, and aligned with client goals

• Deliver high-quality outcomes with minimal rework, proactive risk mitigation, and solution leadership
• Leave behind reusable documentation, frameworks, and assets for future projects Experience & Requirements
  • Salesforce Field Service Consultant Certification (required)
  • 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience, with 4+ years focused on Field Service
  • Proven experience solutioning complex Field Service requirements and leading enterprise-scale implementations
  • Strong understanding of Field Service features: scheduling, optimization, assets, inventory, contracts, and mobile
  • Solid Service Cloud experience in complex enterprise environments
  • Experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery models
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills
  • Proven ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge growth
  • Experience with multi-national organizations, including localization and scale
  • Familiarity with industries such as utilities, oil & gas, water, or related field service sectors
  Nice to Have
  • Other Salesforce certifications:
    Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, Integration Architect
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Experience with CI/CD, Git, Dev Ops Center, or Copado
  • Multilingual capabilities and experience working in globally distributed teams
  • Software development experience, Salesforce REST APIs, Omnichannel, middleware or point-to-point integrations
