This programme is ideal for candidates with a technical background and exposure to software development, particularly in Python or Java
.

• Exposure to Python or Java development
• (All candidates must pass a technical test during the recruitment process)
• Experience with object-oriented programming
• Knowledge of or exposure to Agile delivery environments
• Dev Ops understanding or experience
• Working knowledge of Linux systems
• Understanding of:
• Data warehousing
• Data archiving
• Experience with databases such as Oracle, Mongo
  
  DB, SQL, or other RDBMS
• Exposure to BI tools (e.g.
  Tableau
  )
• Awareness or working knowledge of Apache Kafka

• 10 weeks of fully paid cross-training in CDS Data Engineering
