1 Year FTC, Glasgow locals Must

• Elicit, document, and manage user requirements through the facilitation of workshops and other techniques to produce a unified statement of requirements, taking cognisance of ICT Strategic Plans.
• Based on project scope and objectives investigate and document how the business currently utilise systems and services in day to day business applications and processes.
• Facilitate the validation of requirements through consultation with client, SPA and where required external stakeholders to agree a unified statement of requirements.
• Develop and plan an approach to business engagement for gathering user requirements in line with project requirements.
• Liaise with and support all areas of ICT in the production of functional specifications and other dependent technical documentation. Provide support to the project manager in project planning activities and the production of key project documentation required for the EPF Programme.
