• Root cause analysis, idea generation and implementation of business solutions to improve Energy Retail processes.
• Monitoring production activity after new features or system changes; analysing data to assess impact.
• Own reporting and recommendations on internal and external performance analysis.
• Proactive KPI analysis to detect system or process issues.
• Document existing business processes and translate requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers and testers to drive system and process improvements.
• Testing CR and incidents delivered from third parties.

• Specific knowledge of SAP for Utilities (CRM, ISU) and expert system knowledge (SAP CRM, ISU, UI5).
• Extensive knowledge on Python, Synapse SQL, Power BI etc.
• Customer management, analytical skills running queries or programs in SAP.
• Analytical thinking, strong customer focus, problem solving, multi‑task and end‑to‑end analysis.
• Experience in utilities industry with understanding of regulated electricity/gas markets.
• Proven ability to mobilise continuous improvement, employee, business, customer and financial gains.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills; communicate and influence at all levels.
• Prioritise workloads while focusing on quality and delivery to agreed timelines.
• Previous experience delivering IT projects and proactive system improvement analysis.
