Position:
Servicenow Developer
Mode of work: Hybrid
Location: Glasgow/Poland/Bulgaria (Any one)
Key Skills, Requirements andCompetencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a relevant technical field
- At least 3+ years experience working with the Service Now platform, specifically in the SPM module, and with good familiarity with ITSM, and the general Service Now platform
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and practices
- Proven experience with integrating Service Now with other applications
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
