At Circular IT Group, we help organisations give their IT a second life. Secure, compliant and fully circular. In the United Kingdom, we’re growing our IT Asset Disposition activities and are looking for someone who knows how to build a market, open doors and turn long‑term relationships into sustainable business.

This role is about ownership. You are responsible for the UK market and play a key role in expanding our ITAD proposition with enterprise clients.

Develop and grow the UK ITAD market, with a focus on mid‑sized and large organisations

Build relationships with decision‑makers at C‑level and senior management

Manage complex sales cycles from first contact to contract signing

Translate customer challenges around IT lifecycle, compliance and sustainability into clear solutions

Work closely with operations, international sales colleagues and marketing

Keep a strong pipeline and know exactly where your deals stand

Experienced in B2B business development or sales, preferably within IT, hardware or ITAD

Comfortable with consultative, solution‑based selling

Familiar with how organisations in the UK make purchasing decisions

Independent, proactive and motivated by building something rather than maintaining the status quo

A key role in a growing international organisation with a clear circular mission
