The KPMG Tax Technology & Innovation team is a group of 300+ technologists providing technology enablement services and solutions across the Tax and Law business. With 2500+ tax & legal professionals across multiple disciplines, we serve thousands of clients and private individuals by delivering a modern, market‑leading suite of technology solutions that streamline everything from routine to complex tax advice.

Tax is on the front line of generative‑AI innovation, reshaping how services are delivered. As a manager, you will shape the future of tax determination in the UK and globally, ensuring people and companies pay the right amount of tax with minimal effort.

The Technology Implementation Manager will support the adoption and implementation of KPMG’s compliance technology platform across UK and EMA firms. You will drive innovation through automation, analytics, and data‑driven solutions, helping multinational clients achieve global tax and accounting compliance with greater efficiency, accuracy, and control.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to translate their vision into actionable deliverables and articulate client and business requirements to technical teams.
• Support sales efforts, including proposal development, client presentations, and technology demonstrations to win new engagements and expand client relationships.
• Consult with clients and assist their project managers in delivering successful outcomes.
• Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of KPMG and third‑party technology solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with complex user requirements and translating them into effective solutions.
• Lead multiple technology projects, including delivery plans, tracking key milestones, activities and risks to ensure timely, budget‑conscious, and quality project completion.
• Ensure delivery excellence and agility, enabling the business to respond swiftly to market demands and bring services to market efficiently and securely.
• Manage project teams, including offshore resources across TT&I, to build and implement KPMG and third‑party technology solutions.

• A strong interest or background in tax and reporting technology.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing abilities, with a talent for building and maintaining relationships across all business levels and with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Proven experience in technology solution implementation, delivering projects using agile methodologies.
• A good understanding of Tax and Accounting processes (preferable experience in tax or finance compliance).
• Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, concepts, and modern work practices to help solve client challenges.
• Experience in environments focused on technology change implementation.
• Experience in performance management and people development.

• Accounting or tax qualifications such as ACCA, ACA, or CTA (or equivalent).
• Experience in business development and the end‑to‑end sales of technology solutions.

We are open to talent across the country but preference will be given to candidates who are willing and able to do 2 days per week in one of our core Tech hubs for this role, which are Glasgow or Canary Wharf, London.
