We’re looking for a capable and motivated SaaS Implementation Consultant to join an established technology business with a strong international presence. The company develops specialist software that supports enterprise scale projects across sectors such as energy, infrastructure, and manufacturing.

This role suits someone who enjoys working closely with clients to understand their goals and deliver well-designed, effective technical solutions that support real business change.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather, analyse, and document their business and functional requirements
• Design and configure tailored solutions using the software product suite
• Create and contribute to solution design documentation to support successful delivery
• Oversee the implementation of solution design, ensuring it meets client objectives
• Assist with infrastructure and installation tasks alongside technical colleagues
• Lead client workshops and provide expert advice on both business needs and technical approaches
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal development teams to ensure queries are resolved and feedback is shared
• Create and maintain user guides, knowledge articles, training materials, and other client‑facing resources
• Deliver product training and support to end users during key stages of a project
• Build strong, positive relationships with clients, including key stakeholders and users
• Support the Sales team on an ad‑hoc basis during pre‑sales discussions or solution scoping
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of delivery methods and best practices
• Comply with internal information security protocols and policies

Required Skills

• A couple of years’ experience in a similar Solutions Consultant or Implementation role with a SaaS organisation.
• Experience delivering IT solutions, including packaged software, infrastructure, custom development, or business process improvements
• A good technical background and confidence in solving complex problems
• A good understanding of HTML, XML, Java Script

Preferred Skills

• Any experience of content management, document management, workflow, or knowledge management software would be helpful.
