In this position you will work collaboratively with colleagues across the University to deliver a world class digital experience. You will want to bring your enthusiasm, expertise and experience to bear in delivering new and innovative digital experiences for users of the University’s core websites. You will play a key role in the ongoing development of our digital presence, and will deliver creative and accessible solutions for our end users.

You will have experience developing and designing enterprise websites in a range of technologies including HTML, CSS/Sass and JavaScript including frameworks. A solid understanding of accessibility best practice and standards would be beneficial.

In addition to working in the Web team you will also be a key member of a larger full stack team who develop and support a range of core University systems including the Staff and Student portal (Pegasus), Integration Hub, University SharePoint and DNN applications.

In return, you will receive ‘on-the-job’ training, a generous holiday package and be eligible to subscribe to a variety of schemes associated with being an employee of the University including generous employer contributions to your pension; a world-class Sport Centre; family friendly policies; and various additional incentives including a Cycle Scheme. The University also has on-site childcare and parking for which you can apply.
