Your Role

You Will Be Responsible For

• Shaping and executing enterprise data transformation: driving large‑scale projects, designing data platforms, establishing governance frameworks, and embedding scalable AI and analytics solutions.
• Leading innovation in AI and analytics: spearheading generative AI solutions, statistical models, and data visualisations to deliver actionable insights across industries.
• Delivering strategic advisory: acting as a trusted advisor to C‑level stakeholders, bridging technical capabilities with business objectives.
• Portfolio and account management: overseeing diverse project portfolios, managing commercial outcomes, and fostering strong client relationships for sustainable growth.
• Scaling delivery: leading multidisciplinary teams in agile and lean environments, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality solutions.
• Fostering capability building: coaching, training, and mentoring teams to enhance organisational data and AI competencies.

  : leading or contributing to proposals, bids, and RFP responses, and supporting client events.

Your Profile Consulting Experience

• Proven success designing and delivering complex data and AI solutions with clear impact.
• Senior stakeholder management and trusted advisor experience.
• Agile governance and multi‑workstream leadership.
• Commercial acumen, including proposal writing and project financials.
• Storytelling to simplify complex outcomes and drive business transformation.

Leadership and Coaching

• Track record building high‑performing teams and mentoring senior professionals.
• Commitment to inclusive, collaborative, and growth‑oriented cultures.

Business Relationships

• Ability to cultivate relationships with senior executives across industries.
• Active participation in industry networks and building external profile.
• Passionate advocacy for chosen industries.

Delivery Excellence

• Extensive experience delivering analytics and AI programmes with global teams, realizing commercial value.

Technical Mastery (selective)

• Expertise in cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise solutions (Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL and Power Platform applications.
• Knowledge of generative AI tools, geospatial analytics, and data modelling.
• Expertise in Power Platform components (Power Apps, Canvas, Model‑Driven, Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio).

Desired Skills

• Creating reusable assets and go‑to‑market strategies for client implementation.
• Experience with Agentic and Generative AI solutions in BI.
• Agile SAFE or equivalent experience.
• Data ingestion, integration, governance, and solution design.
• Familiarity with data quality frameworks, observability, and automation.
