Join our Data & AI Strategy team as a Data & AI Value Strategist and be part of the future of AI, where we’re not just advising clients, we’re actively challenging, disrupting and reinventing traditional business models by embedding AI across the full enterprise lifecycle.

We’re seeking professionals who can bridge the gap between business and technology, with a strong focus on value realisation, ROI modelling and strategic planning for data and AI investments. You will lead engagements that quantify impact, secure executive buy-in and ensure organisations achieve tangible benefits from their data and AI strategies.

• DEFINE Value Frameworks - Lead the development of robust value frameworks and benefit models to quantify the impact of data and AI initiatives across clients. Identify key metrics, model ROI and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
• BUILD Business Cases for Change - Create compelling business cases that articulate tangible benefits of data and AI investments to underpin transformation programmes, secure funding and drive organisational commitment to change.
• ENGAGE Executives and Shape Vision - Partner with C-suite stakeholders to secure buy-in, shape vision and influence decision-making, translating technical concepts into clear business narratives.
• TRANSLATE Strategy into Execution - Design strategic roadmaps that convert high-level data and AI vision into actionable plans guiding transformation and measurable outcomes.
• TRACK and MEASURE Realised Value - Establish mechanisms to monitor and report realised value, define KPIs, implement tracking tools and advise on continuous improvement to maximise ROI.
• DEVELOP the Next Generation of Value Strategists - As a leader, coach and mentor consultants to grow as subject matter experts in value realisation and strategic planning.
• COLLABORATE with Business and Technology Leaders - Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders and strategic partners, advising on data and AI strategy implementation and value measurement.
• ESTABLISH and SCALE the Capability - Define the operating model, build the team and develop go-to-market propositions, creating a strong pipeline of opportunities.

As the founding leader of our Data & AI Value capability, you’ll be entrepreneurial, strategic and passionate about helping organisations unlock measurable business value from data and AI. You will combine strong commercial acumen with deep expertise in value modelling and executive engagement.

• Value Realisation & ROI Modelling - Design frameworks and models that quantify the impact of data and AI initiatives.
• Business Case Development - Create compelling cases for change that secure executive sponsorship and funding.
• Benefit Tracking & Governance - Design and implement benefit tracking frameworks and embed value governance into data and AI programmes.
• Executive Engagement - Influence at C-suite level, shaping vision and driving adoption of data and AI strategies.
• Strategic thinking - Solve complex challenges and develop clear, actionable recommendations.
• Capability Building - Establish new functions or propositions, define operating models and scale teams.
