About the RoleAs a Consultant / Senior Consultant, you will guide global organisations through adoption, optimisation and innovation of Shared Services models, focusing on ERP platform implementation and AI‑driven process transformation.
Key Responsibilities- Support ERP transformation and adoption initiatives within Global Business Services (GBS) frameworks.
- Drive business readiness and adoption activities across large‑scale ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, Workday).
- Leverage digital adoption platforms and AI tools to optimise user experience and engagement.
- Design and execute stakeholder engagement, communication and learning strategies to ensure successful adoption.
- Develop user‑centric training, enablement models and performance support to enhance system utilisation.
- Manage iterative rollouts, pilot programs and phased adoption plans to deliver sustained behavioural change.
- Ensure strong program governance and risk management throughout the transformation journey.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Business Development – contribute to proposals, RFPs, bids, client pitches and hosting events.
- Internal Contribution – develop campaigns, think‑tanks, whitepapers, practice and team events.
- Learning & Development – support career development, certifications and skills demand.
- Strong understanding of ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday) and GBS integration.
- Translate technical capabilities into clear business value.
- Experience with digital adoption platforms and enablement tools.
- Design user‑focused training and support models.
- Drive sustained behavioural change and system utilisation.
- Familiar with agile and hybrid delivery models for large‑scale implementations.
- Manage iterative rollouts and phased adoption strategies.
- Strong program governance and risk management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Current consulting or industry experience with a consulting background.
- Successful in a matrixed organisation and ability to enlist support from peers.
- Proven proposition building and delivery experience.
