Payroll Consultant - Must Live Near Major Metropolitan Airports

You will create, maintain and direct the tasks on the project plan for the implementation of Workday Human Capital or Financial Management consulting engagements. You will also assist as needed in the sales process including scoping projects and estimating effort to complete the implementation.

• Full-time
• High School Diploma/GED
• At least 2 years experience deploying Workday SaaS software solution including responsibility for: functional bus. process configuration tasks, identifying approaches, risks and mitigations to meet client needs
• At least 3 years experience in IT/ERP implementation experience
• At least 2 years experience in HCM system/business process experience
• At least 1 year experience in Workday Payroll experience
• Readiness to travel up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
• English:
  Basic knowledge
• Must be US Citizen with green card holder
• Must live near major metropolitan airports
• Willingness to travel up to 100%

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 3 years experience deploying Workday SaaS software solution including responsibility for: functional bus. process configuration tasks, identifying approaches, risks and mitigations to meet client needs
• At least 4 years experience in IT/ERP implementation experience
• At least 3 years experience in HCM system/business process experience
  
  At least 2 years experience in Workday Payroll experience

Prior consulting experience preferred. Keen understanding of the software development lifecycle.
