Recruitment Coordinator

Your new company Our client, based in Glasgow city centre, is looking to hire a talented professional, for a period of 3-4 months, to assist with a large-volume project. Your new role As a recruitmetn coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across a variety of roles. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver exceptional candidate experience.

Lead full-cycle recruitment for a range of roles, from briefing to offer stage. Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing expert guidance and market insights. Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-quality candidates. Manage job postings, screen applications, and conduct initial interviews. Champion a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Support employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development.

Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and best practices. What you'll need to succeed You will have demonstrated experience working in an in-house or agency environment. You will be comfortable working on multiple volume campaigns and have the ability to use multiple resource streams to fill in the region of 80 vacancies.
