The role is responsible for end-to-end project management of a Time & Attendance implementation, working closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery to time, cost, and quality.

Making Possible

The ideal candidate will bring strong Time & Attendance domain experience, ideally with Workforce Software, and proven experience integrating Time solutions with Payroll systems, preferably SAP Success Factors / Employee Central Payroll or comparable enterprise payroll platforms.

This role is critical in ensuring MyTime supports compliant, efficient, and automated time capture processes and integrates seamlessly with downstream payroll processing.

  • Proactively manage change requests, scope control, and stakeholder communications.
  • Lead and coordinate Time & Attendance requirements including:
  • Time capture and approvals
  • Shift patterns, rosters, and schedules
  • Overtime, premiums, and allowances
  • Collective agreements / labour rules
  • Compliance with Working Time Regulations and local agreements

Ensure MyTime configuration aligns with agreed business processes and supports future-state ways of working.

Integration with Payroll & HR Systems
  • Oversee end-to-end integration between MyTime and Payroll solutions, ensuring accurate and timely transfer of time results.
  • Work closely with Payroll SMEs to ensure time data supports correct payroll calculations.
  • Coordinate integration with HR master data (e.g. Success Factors Employee Central) including employee data, assignments, and organisational structures.
  • Ensure reconciliation, controls, and audit requirements are defined and implemented.
Testing & Deployment
  • Define and manage the testing strategy (SIT, UAT, Payroll Parallel where applicable) for Time & Attendance.
  • Ensure adequate test coverage of scenarios across business units, agreements, and pay rules.
  • Coordinate cutover, deployment, and hypercare activities, ensuring business readiness and minimal disruption.
Change & Adoption
  • Work with Change and Training leads to ensure users are prepared for new MyTime processes.
  • Support communications, training materials, and readiness activities for managers, employees, and payroll teams.
  • Drive adoption of standardised and automated processes, reducing manual workarounds.
