The Role As A Support Manager Will Include:- Lead and manage the HR and Business Support team
- Oversee HR operations, governance, compliance, and organisational support across the business.
- Provide advice on employment law and HR practices.
- Manage complex various casework and support management with people related matters.
- CIPD qualification or similar
- HR or legal services background
- Good communication and leadership skills
- UK driving license
