s and experienced Senior Delivery Consultants to join our team in Glasgow and London city centre.

The Senior role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years’ experience in recruitment or delivery
, who is confident managing candidate pipelines, partnering with internal stakeholders, and delivering high‑quality candidates into specialist roles.

As a Senior Delivery Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting client hiring needs by identifying, engaging and delivering skilled professionals. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure roles are filled efficiently while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience.

The Academy is role is ideal for a graduate with some sales / corporate experience looking for a route into a career in recruitment.

The Role

In this role you will:

  • Manage the full candidate lifecycle from initial sourcing through to placement
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand client hiring requirements and priorities
  • Identify and engage active and passive candidates across specialist markets
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates
  • Qualify and assess candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements
  • Present suitable candidates and manage them through the interview process
  • Provide ongoing communication, guidance and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment journey
  • Maintain and develop long‑term candidate relationships to support future hiring needs
  • Deliver a high level of service to both candidates and internal teams
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–3 years’ experience in recruitment or a delivery‑focused role
  • Proven ability to source and engage candidates in competitive markets
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities
  • A proactive, driven and collaborative approach
