Role:As a Legal Recruiter, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes across professional services and legal markets. You'll develop client relationships, advise candidates on career moves, and deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationships with law firms, professional services organisations, and in-house legal teams.
• Deliver recruitment across private practice and in-house legal roles.
• Source and engage high-calibre legal professionals through headhunting, networking, and referrals.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an excellent client and candidate experience.
• Provide market insight on hiring trends, remuneration, and talent availability.
