You'll work closely with experienced consultants, learning how to engage candidates, support clients, and deliver high-quality recruitment solutions.

This role offers structured training, hands-on exposure, and a clear pathway for progression.What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting senior consultants on audit and accountancy assignments across professional services firms.
• Identifying and engaging graduate to senior-level professionals through research, networking, and outreach.
• Building relationships with candidates, understanding their career goals and advising on opportunities.
• Managing interview processes, feedback, and candidate care.
• Learning how to deliver market insight and recruitment solutions to clients.
