Responsibilities:
- Lead Meraki Talent's international Audit & Accountancy recruitment offering from Glasgow.
- Build and manage relationships with clients across Europe, South East Asia, and other international markets.
- Deliver senior-level and specialist audit, accounting, tax, and advisory hires across multiple jurisdictions.
- Mentor and develop a team of consultants operating in international markets.
- Provide market intelligence and insights on global hiring trends, talent mobility, and remuneration benchmarks.
- Drive business growth and contribute to strategic planning for the international practice.
- Proven experience recruiting within Audit, Accountancy, or Professional Services.
- Strong experience in international or cross-border recruitment, ideally covering Europe, South East Asia, and further regions.
- Leadership experience with a proven ability to mentor and manage recruiters.
- Strategic, commercially aware, and consultative approach to client and candidate engagement.
- Interest in global professional services markets and cross-border talent mobility.
- Lead and shape an internationally focused recruitment practice.
- Exposure to Europe, South East Asia, and wider global markets.
- Autonomy to build a high-performing team and define international strategy.
- Clear progression to Senior Manager / Director level.
