Responsibilities:

• Lead Meraki Talent's international Audit & Accountancy recruitment offering from Glasgow.
• Build and manage relationships with clients across Europe, South East Asia, and other international markets.
• Deliver senior-level and specialist audit, accounting, tax, and advisory hires across multiple jurisdictions.
• Mentor and develop a team of consultants operating in international markets.
• Provide market intelligence and insights on global hiring trends, talent mobility, and remuneration benchmarks.
• Drive business growth and contribute to strategic planning for the international practice.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience recruiting within Audit, Accountancy, or Professional Services.
• Strong experience in international or cross-border recruitment, ideally covering Europe, South East Asia, and further regions.
• Leadership experience with a proven ability to mentor and manage recruiters.
• Strategic, commercially aware, and consultative approach to client and candidate engagement.
• Interest in global professional services markets and cross-border talent mobility.
