The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Team Leader to oversee day‑to‑day operations within our GBS HR team. This role is hands‑on, people‑focused, and central to ensuring exceptional HR service delivery across our global offices. You’ll lead a growing team, drive process excellence, guide junior colleagues, and play a pivotal role in embedding improvements, technology, and best practice across our HR operations.

Essential

Skills & Experience Leadership & People Management
  • Proven experience in HR Shared Services at Team Leader or Manager level
  • Ability to coach, mentor and develop junior team members
  • Confident in managing performance, providing feedback, and building high‑performing teams
HR Operations & Technical Expertise
  • Strong working knowledge of employee lifecycle processes
  • Experience managing HR operations across multiple offices or regions
  • Hands‑on experience with Workday is highly desirable
  • Experience using case management tools (Service Now or equivalents)
  • Ability to manage high‑volume workloads and balance competing priorities
Process Improvement & Governance
  • Experience implementing process improvements and change initiatives
  • Able to manage operational risks, documentation updates, and compliance
  • Strong understanding of employment law and internal controls
