Overview
HR Manager – Operational / Generalist — Permanent, Glasgow — £45,000 – £50,000 + benefits
We're supporting a growing private-sector technology business to hire an HR Manager for a hands-on, operational role.
ResponsibilitiesThis position will own the full HR lifecycle, acting as the main point of contact for managers and employees.
Responsibilities include:
- Employee relations
- Recruitment support
- Onboarding
- Payroll liaison
- Contracts
- Policies
- Day-to-day HR operations within a lean, fast-paced organisation
The role suits someone confident operating autonomously, comfortable managing ER cases end-to-end, and able to work pragmatically with senior stakeholders. This is not a policy-heavy or public-sector style environment.
Ideal background- HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor / HRBP ready to step up
