We’re looking for a strong HR Advisor to be a key part in the HR team for one of our key clients. This role will be the key deputy for the HR Manager, being a pivotal part of the team ensuring the seamless service is met on a day‑to‑day basis. This is more than just an HR position - it’s an opportunity to make a real impact.

As HR Advisor, you’ll take ownership of key processes, support decision‑making and help shape the employee experience.

There are excellent development opportunities here; they’ll have a detailed and structured development plan and opportunities to upskill yourself through training and qualifications. They’re looking to pay c £35,000 with slight flex for someone exceptional.

As HR Advisor, you will ideally have 3 years’ experience within a manufacturing setting (food manufacturing isn’t essential but a nice to have) or in a similar role, with a CIPD qualification (Level
3) essential. This is an extremely fast‑paced environment where you will need to get off to start this role with impact. Experience working in this environment is essential.
