We have extensive experience of the UK & International markets and our clients are some of the most exciting and highly regarded businesses that operate in multiple locations globally. In order to support our international clients Ably Resources are hiring a Recruitment Consultant within our Energy Division.

• Creating and placing advertisements on job boards and on company website
• Candidate Generation – Search, identify and contact relevant target candidates using a variety of database searches, referrals, advertising and Linked In contacts
• Build robust talent pipelines to cater for current and emerging talent needs through diverse sourcing strategies and continuous engagement and conversion of potential talents
• Using all available Social Media platforms to promote vacancies to generate candidates
• Manage candidates throughout the end to end hiring process to ensure consistent positive experience
• Serving clients, identifying their needs and providing feedback on candidate interviews
• Travel to International recruitment campaigns
• Business development – both new clients and new departments within existing client base
