Location: Glasgow

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (DOE) + excellent bonus and benefits

As a Senior Driving Consultant, you will play a key role in developing and managing your own desk, specialising in the recruitment of HGV drivers across a range of clients. You will be responsible for delivering a first-class recruitment service while building long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates.

• Building, developing and managing a profitable driving recruitment desk
• Recruiting, onboarding and managing HGV drivers
• Proactively winning new business and maintaining existing client relationships
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle – from advertising and interviewing to placement and aftercare
• Ensuring compliance with driving regulations and recruitment standards
• Providing an exceptional service to both clients and candidates

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within driving, logistics or industrial sectors
• Strong knowledge of HGV driver recruitment and compliance
• A confident communicator with excellent relationship‑building skills
• Target‑driven, organised and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Passionate about delivering high‑quality service and results
