Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for a flexible part-time opportunity with a well-established and supportive business Were hiring a Part-Time HR Advisor to join a busy department based in Glasgow providing hands‑on HR support across the full employee lifecycle.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional seeking a part-time HR role in Glasgow with a flexible schedule. Youll work across key areas including recruitment support onboarding employee relations performance management and TUPE processes making a real impact on both people and processes.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Deliver operational and advisory HR support across the employee lifecycle
  • Advise managers on performance absence grievance and disciplinary matters
  • Support TUPE transfers ensuring full legal and policy compliance
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and internal teams on best practices
  • Contribute to HR reporting engagement and continuous improvement initiatives
About You :
  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor (ideally within professional services or corporate settings)
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations performance management and UK employment law
  • Confident handling TUPE restructures and absence management
  • Team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with HR systems is a plus
