Human Resources Generalist

Glasgow | Hybrid Working | Full-Time (35 hours)

We’re supporting a Glasgow-based organisation through a period of change and are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join on an interim basis for 3–6 months, with potential to extend (though not guaranteed).

This is a hands-on role where you’ll act as an extra pair of experienced hands, supporting the team by plugging gaps, managing day-to-day HR activity, and handling complex employee relations casework.

• Managing complex ER cases from end to end
• Supporting managers with HR advice and guidance
• Handling transactional HR activity across the employee lifecycle
• Supporting recruitment and onboarding activity

• Proven experience in a generalist HR role
• Strong ER capability and confidence handling complex cases
• Practical, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a changing environment
• Experience with in FMCG or manufacturing environments would be highly beneficial
• Someone reliable who can hit the ground running

• Full-time, 35 hours per week
• Glasgow-based office with free parking
