Position: Human Resources Advisor (Employee Relations) 12 Months FTC

Human Resources Advisor (Employee Relations) – 12‑Month FTC

PLEASE NOTE:

The role of HR Advisor is key to the success of our growth within the UK. It supports our HR Director in delivering the People strategy and requires building strong relationships with line managers and colleagues. The holder will focus on proactive Employee Relations to foster a collaborative and compliant workplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create strong partnerships across the Group to deliver a value‑added service to all colleagues
  • Manage an employee relations caseload, providing advice and coaching to people managers on all employee relations processes in line with company policy (disciplinary, performance, grievance and sickness absence issues) and act as mediator when required
  • Operate within the ER framework to support employee wellbeing, improve engagement and reduce sickness absence
  • Raise awareness and partner with business regarding current and upcoming employment legislation and its impact on ways of working
  • Provide key insight / MI to the business in employee relation matters, identifying trends and solutions
  • Perform any other duties as required
Essential

Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong advisory HR experience, particularly around employee relations, preferably gained within a commercial and fast‑paced environment (e.g. contact centre/BPO)
  • CIPD qualified (Level 5 or 7) or equivalent
  • Deep understanding of statutory codes and policies in employee relations
  • Excellent confidentiality and effective communication at all levels, including written communication
  • Up‑to‑date knowledge and keen interest in employee relations
  • Thorough attention to detail with a detail‑oriented mentality
  • Proficient in MS Office
