Your tasks

Thanks to your hosting skills, our guests will enjoy a wonderful stay. As well as tending the bar and One Lounge, your duties will also include the following:
* Providing a seamless, rapid service
* Helping to organise the bar service and determine all the necessary standards and schedules in cooperation with the department manager
* Providing advice to customers and actively selling Motel One Lounge products in order to achieve the One Lounge sales budget
* Helping to order food, beverages and spirits for the bar areas and take inventory at the end of the month
* Gaining interdepartmental insights into new areas of activity by working in our multicultural teams

Whether you are a hotel professional or changing careers – you will fit in here! Because personality and hosting skills are our priority. You will also:
* Have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or have professional experience in the hotel/catering industry or be looking for a change of career
* Be open and communicative
* Have hosting skills and a passion for the hotel industry
* Be flexible and creative and have an excellent sense of quality, even in stressful situations
